This course is about empowering humans and asking, “What happens when we understand our tools from the inside out?”


We live among electronic tools and machines and most of them reach us as closed boxes, finished commodities, but not always understood, opened, repaired, or changed.

Sounds from Scratch offers a possible antidote to this distance. By taking electronic sound-making back to its simplest physical behaviours and components, the course invites participants to encounter the technology as something to mend, experiment with, take apart, and reinvent together. (AI) Agent Provocateurs

(AI) Agent Provocateurs is about empowering humans to understand what's under the hood of AI; how getting your hands dirty building an autonomous system yourself, and having to make your own ethical decisions along the way, can offer you a much deeper grasp of just how complex what's happening in the world of tech and AI really is.
